Guidelines for Placing Online Orders

Making A Purchase

Purchasing books from our web site via our secure server on the internet is safe and very simple. Just browse our products by clicking children’s books or Islamic books. A page showing various categories will open. Then click on any category of your choice. It will display a list of the products in that category. Then click any book / product that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping cart by clicking “add to cart.” After you have finished your selection, click on “check out” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to have to be able to process your order.

Upon receiving your online order, we shall confirm its receipt by e-mail. The goods will be despatched within two business days by courier, such as Fed Ex, DHL, UPS etc. Generally, the courier takes 7-10 days to reach the destination.

Payment

We accept Visa and MasterCard. We also accept payments through Paypal.

Security and Privacy

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Goodword Books does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Changing your Order

If you wish to change your order details, click on the view cart button and you will be able to change the number of books ordered or remove any of them from your shopping cart. When you have done this, always click on the ‘recalculate’ button or the items will not be removed or changed.

Delivery Schedule

We mail your order within 1-2 days. Your order will normally reach you within 7-10 working days by courier such as Fed Ex, DHL, UPS etc.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the product and we will issue you with a credit note for the price you paid for the item. The credit note could be utilized for your future purchases. In the case of defective or wrong products, you can just inform us (no need to return the defective or wrong item to us) and we will replace it for you.
