We ship worldwide and the goods will be dispatched within 2 to 3 business days by courier, such as Fed Ex, DHL, UPS etc. Generally, the courier takes 6-7 business days to reach the destination. We accept only Visa and MasterCard. We also accept payments through Paypal. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. Goodword Books does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. However, cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

You can change your order details by clicking on the view cart button. When you have done this, always click on the ‘recalculate’ button or the items will not be removed or changed.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 15 days of the product and we will issue you with a credit note for the price you paid for the item. The credit note could be utilized for your future purchases. However, the shipping cost of the return products will be borne by the customers and not by the company. The same applies if you wish to cancel your order. In the case of defective or wrong products, you can just inform us (no need to return the defective or wrong item to us) and we will replace it for you.
